Свой талант и мастерство продемонстрировали творческие коллективы детских садов р.п. Степное "Теремок", "Звездочка", "Ромашка", общеобразовательных организаций р.п. Степное, школы № 1 и лицея, профессионального лицея, ДЮСШ.
